Client: London Borough of Hackney
Architect: STUDIO E ARCHITECTS LTD – David Lloyd Jones

What started off as being a small disused corner of the park was transformed and constructed to form a fully functional contemporary tennis club house for all members of the public to enjoy. Office Refurbishment @ Pall Mall, London

Location: Pall Mall, London SW1Y
Client: Private
Architect: Urban Exchange London

Small but beautiful. This small office on two floors has recently been refurbished by Cityline to provide high specification space for our client. The marble floored reception features contrasting Classic Marmorino and decorated walls with decorative bulkheads and specialist lighting. But the centre piece must surely be the recessed feature glass carved panel depicting the client’s projects throughout the world.

Following damp proofing works, rewiring and the installation of air conditioning the lower ground floor boardroom has been fitted out with symmetrical Canadian Maple veneered paneling with contrasting Wenge recesses and shadow gaps.
